  • Patent number: 12212725
Abstract: Methods and systems for secure media processing may be used to execute and certify a digital media asset by verifying that the digital media asset is authentic and has not been altered since capture. In some cases, these secure media processing techniques may be used in the mobile certification and execution application and a corresponding server system. The mobile application and the corresponding server system may automatically generate finalized documents upon receiving certified digital media and the corresponding metadata from the users. The digital media and other information from the users may be received while the user is in communication with other users. A biometric and artificial intelligent feature recognition system may be utilized to receive biometric data and verify identity. Data transferred to a secure server are accessible by various parties involved in the certification and execution process to provide transparency.

  • Publication number: 20240267611
Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for media capture and processing. In some examples, a media capture and processing system that includes a first camera receives information about a second camera. The system generates a device profile for the second camera based on the information about the second camera. The system captures a digital media asset using the first camera and using a digital media capture setting that is associated with the device profile and that simulates at least a first aspect of media capture using the second camera. The system processes the digital media asset using a digital media asset processing setting that is associated with the device profile to generate a processed digital media asset. The digital media asset processing setting simulates at least a second aspect of media capture using the second camera. The system outputs the processed digital media asset.

  • Publication number: 20240167077
Abstract: Provided in some aspects are methods for light-controlled in situ surface patterning of a substrate. Compositions such as nucleic acid arrays produced by the methods are also disclosed. In some embodiments, a method disclosed herein comprises using photocontrollable ligation of nucleic acid molecules with splints, wherein at least one of the splints comprises a photo-crosslinkable moiety. Photo-induced crosslinking of the splint to oligonucleotide molecules immobilized on a substrate allows the splint to remain attached to the oligonucleotide molecules during subsequent rounds of photoresist application and removal. A large diversity of barcodes can be created in molecules on the substrate via sequential rounds of light exposure, hybridization, and ligation.

  • Patent number: 11970614
Abstract: Shelf-stable, rapid crosslinking, “all-in-one” pastes useful as “inks” in additive manufacturing are provided. These pastes exhibit desirable rheological flow properties and crosslinking upon exposure to UV light. The pastes are based on vinylsilyl-functionalized, completely amorphous, linear terpolysiloxanes containing predominantly dimethylsiloxy- repeat units with small amounts of diphenylsiloxy-, methylphenylsiloxy-, diethylsiloxy-, and/or methyltrifluoroalkylsiloxy- crystallization disruptors. The base polymers are preferably compounded with a trimethylsilylated-hydrophobic silica filler, thixotropic flow agent, hydrosilyl-functionalized oligomeric crosslinker, and a catalytic system comprising platinum (II) acetylacetonate or trimethyl(methylcyclopentadienyl)-platinum (IV), and diethyl azodicarboxylate.

  • Patent number: 11840724
Abstract: Provided herein are methods for determining a location of a protein in a biological sample including: disposing the sample onto an array comprising a plurality of capture probes, where a first and second capture probe include a first and second spatial barcode, respectively, and a capture domain. The second capture probe is not covered by the sample and is contacted with a solution comprising TdT and one or more dideoxynucleotides, where a dideoxynucleotide is incorporated into the second capture domain. Analyte capture agents comprising an analyte binding moiety that binds protein and an oligonucleotide including an analyte capture sequence and an analyte binding moiety barcode are contacted with the sample. The analyte capture sequence hybridizes to the first capture domain, and the sequence of the first spatial barcode and the analyte binding moiety barcode, or complements thereof, are used to determine the location of the protein in the biological sample.
