  • Publication number: 20250049682
Abstract: A coating, preferably a color coating, method for keratin fibers is described which includes three steps: activation, pretreatment and binding. The activation step includes one or both of a Praeparatur procedure and a Fundamenta procedure to produce modified fibers. The pretreatment step applies a pretreatment composition of at least a PTH alkoxysilane with PTH as a thiol, a protected thiol or a group complementarily reactive with thiol to the modified fibers to form pretreated fibers. The binding step applies a film forming composition to the pretreated fibers to form the color coating.

  • Patent number: 12140101
Abstract: A method for recalibrating an engine includes querying an engine for a unique engine identifier, sending the unique engine identifier to a cloud-based server, determining one or more engine calibration settings available to the engine based on the unique engine identifier sent to the cloud-based server, presenting the one or more engine calibration settings to a user through a user interface so that the user may select a desired engine calibration setting, sending the desired engine calibration setting as selected by the user to an electronic control unit of the engine, and replacing a current engine calibration with the desired engine calibration setting in the electronic control unit of the engine.

  • Publication number: 20040255895
Abstract: A four-stroke internal combustion engine is provided that is capable of use in many power tools, including those power tools subjected to tippable applications. There is provided within an engine housing, an oil reservoir and a valve chamber which independently communicate with a crank chamber. A system of strategically placed dividers and passageways within the engine housing appropriately directs lubricant within the engine housing so that the internal cavity of the engine is lubricated during use in any operational attitude, and so that the lubricant flows to and is held in the proper chambers during storage. There is also provided a breather arrangement for an internal combustion engine which includes a camshaft having a hollow passageway in communication with a crank chamber.
