  • Publication number: 20190068459
Abstract: Systems and methods for electron flow rendering and visualization correction are disclosed. According to an aspect, a method includes detecting two or more entities connected in a computing network. The method also includes acquiring data attributes from the entities connected to each other within the computing network. Further, the method includes rendering a graphical depiction of the entities connected to each other in the form of a graphical object and graphical line curvature. The method also includes generating a graphical line curvature correction scheme based on a relationship between the graphical line curvatures and graphical objects. Further, the method includes applying the graphical line curvature correction scheme to the acquired data attributes from the entities connected to each other in the form of graphical objects and graphical line curvatures to produce a corrected electron flow expression of the entities.

  • Publication number: 20190069222
Abstract: A mobile device may retrieve service information about a network prior to associating with the network. Utilizing an advertisement protocol to transmit service query messages, a mobile device may receive service query responses from a network that identify the services available prior to establishing network capability. In other words, the messaging is prior to the exchange of any authentication parameters between the device and the network as well prior to the establishment of a recognized session between the device and the network.

  • Publication number: 20190068207
Abstract: A nested mixed-radix DDSM can guarantee zero systematic frequency error when used as a divider controller in a fractional-N frequency synthesizer is described. This disclosure presents a nested cascaded mixed-radix DDSM architecture which can also guarantee zero systematic frequency error. In addition, the disclosure allows one to use higher order auxiliary modulators and shaped dither signal to eliminate feedthrough spurs completely. By increasing the number of levels in the cascade, the moduli of the individual modulator stages can be reduced, thereby increasing the speed of the synthesizer.

  • Publication number: 20190057772
Abstract: In a patient care process a human patient 2 is registered with a computer system 1. The system 1 records identity details for the patient 2 against a unique identifier. The system 1 receives information indicative of the health or other condition of the patient 2 and records such information against the patient's unique identifier. A health care plan 5 is also generated and/or recorded in or by the system 1 for the patient 2 against the unique identifier. The system 1 may receive and processes electronic data 6, 7, to determine whether the patient is substantially compliant or responding adequately to the care plan 5. The system 1 then generates and at least initiates a notification 8 to the patient 2 and/or at least one suitably authorised health care provider 3.

  • Publication number: 20190050457
Abstract: Reductions to bandwidth storage resource use needed to safely and securely provide longitudinal data related to individuals to authorized parties from disparate sources are realized by employing the present disclosure. As the data related to the individual are held by various originating and aggregating databases in a variety of formats, with each database having different sharing policies, and the user similarly specifying different access permissions to personal data, a hub that manages access in a hybrid distributed/aggregated mode enables requestors to review data at a single point of access in accordance with specified access permissions from the databases or the individual. Reduced weight records, using permitted data fields, are aggregated and links to the records are provided according to the determined permission levels.

  • Patent number: 10200941
Abstract: Network information may be discoverable without requiring a connection to that network. For example, Access Network Query Protocol (“ANQP”) may allow a device to discover information about a network prior to the device associating with that network. In other words, ANQP allows a network terminal to request additional network information prior to establishing network capability. The additional network information that may be discoverable includes network latency, cellular capabilities, hotspot capabilities, mobility capabilities, neighbor reports, station identification, and multiple hotspot session identification.

  • Publication number: 20190015162
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing feedback during a medical procedure. The 3D position and orientation of a tracked tool are determined, relative to a site of the medical procedure, based on tracking information received from a tracking system. The 3D position and orientation are mapped to a common coordinate space, to determine the 3D position and orientation relative to a field-of-view (FOV) of an optical camera that is capturing an optical image of the site. Navigational information associated with the 3D position and orientation is determined. A virtual representation of the navigational information overlaid on the FOV and displayed. The displayed virtual representation is updated when the 3D position and orientation of the tracked tool changes or when the FOV changes, in accordance with the change.
