  • Publication number: 20240039359
Abstract: A submersible-rated motor having a motor housing that encloses a stator and rotor and partially encloses a drive shaft. The motor has a terminal plate assembly, combined seal/bearing housing, rotating seal assembly, and drive-end and non-drive-end oil peelers configured to peel oil from the rotor while it is rotating. The motor incorporates first and second snap rings to secure the combined seal/bearing housing to the motor housing and the first ball bearing to the combined seal/bearing housing, respectively. The first ball bearing is situated inside of the combined seal/bearing housing on the drive shaft between the rotating seal assembly and the proximal end of the rotor. A second ball bearing is situated inside of the motor housing on the drive shaft between the distal end of the rotor and terminal plate assembly. The rotating seal assembly includes a single, self-lubricating rotating seal, seal spring and single-seal driver.

  • Publication number: 20230062587
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to embodiments of a kiosk including a chassis having a patient compartment and a medication compartment. A patient does not have access to the medication compartment in the patient compartment. A dispense structure extends from the patient compartment to the medication compartment such that a dosage of medication may be dispensed to the patient when within the patient compartment. After the medication is dispensed to the patient, a medical professional observes the patient ingest the medication through a video conference display within the patient compartment. A biometric scanner may be in electrical communication with a lock in mechanical cooperation with a door hingedly coupled to the chassis to limit access to the medication compartment. An insulated safe with an internal chamber wherein the internal chamber's temperature is regulated.

  • Publication number: 20060191993
Abstract: Communication between machines in an event-based manufacturing system. In an event-based manufacturing system, material-specific data obtained for a material produced during a first manufacturing operation is used to govern a second manufacturing operation to decrease the likelihood of at least a delay event, a waste event, or poor quality of the product.

  • Publication number: 20060149407
Abstract: Providing quality management and intelligent manufacturing with labels and smart tags in event-based product manufacturing. Some of the disclosed embodiments include a system, method, and computer-readable media for storing, during a process, data associated with a material. Also disclosed are a method of collecting, storing, and reporting machine productivity, waste, and delay information on an event basis in a manufacturing system, a method of capturing and storing material history, a method of automating tracking of positions of components used in a process and correlating portions of a component with production problems, an improved inventory management system, and a method of tracking and recording actions of specific operators of a process performed by a machine.

  • Publication number: 20060047705
Abstract: A data integrity module and method for evaluating data in a process information database. A neural network generates statistical patterns for specifying patterns for the data being evaluated. A fuzzy expert rules base specifies rules for evaluating the data. A processor, responsive to the rules base and the statistical patterns, identifies suspect data in the process information database by evaluating the data according to the rules base and the statistical patterns. A modification system modifies the suspect data in the process information database.
