  • Patent number: 12107317
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an antenna mount. The antenna mount includes a base plate having a plurality of mounting apertures and includes a plurality of arm sections extending radially outwardly therefrom, each arm section having an elongated slot, a plurality of fasteners, each fastener configured to slide within a respective slot, a pole top mount secured to the base plate via the plurality of mounting apertures, and a plurality of brackets, each bracket secured to the base plate by a respective fastener extending through each slot. The position of the brackets is adjustable relative to the base plate by sliding the fasteners within each slot, thereby allowing the antenna mount to be secured to different diameter mounting structures. Antenna mount assemblies are also described herein.

  • Patent number: 5060146
Abstract: A sorting technique which relies on the operating system collating weights of characters to the extent that a collating weight difference exists in any of the pairs of corresponding characters of two different strings of characters being compared. While this comparision is being made, the first tie of collating weights for a pair of nonidentical corresponding characters triggers a comparison of the ASCII code values of the two corresponding characters which tied. Assuming that such a tie has occurred, and if, after reaching the end of this process no differences in the collating weights of corresponding characters are found, then if one string has a corresponding character with a lower ASCII value, that string is considered to precede the other string in the alphabetic sequence.

  • Patent number: 4808976
Abstract: A torsion member (12) has opposing protruding end elements (4, 6) configured for transmitting torque therebetween. A first contact mechanism (20, 26) is mounted to a surface (10) of one end (4) of the torsion member (12). The first contact mechanism includes a movable contact (26') disposed between the end elements (4, 6) of the torsion member. A second contact mechanism (18, 28) is mounted to a surface (11) of the other end element (6) of the torsion member (12). The second contact mechanism includes a movable contact (28') disposed near the first contact (26'). The first contact (26') and second contact (28') move toward each other whenever torsion is applied to the torsion member (12). Means (30, 40) are provided for changing the distance between the first and second contacts (26', 28'), and for producing a signal whenever the first and second contacts touch.
