The facing material is in the form of a nonwoven fabric including hydrophobic staple fibers bonded with an absorbent adhesive. The fabric is formed in such a manner as to have a plurality of apertures. The fibers of the fabric and the cured adhesive are coated with a fluorochemical repellant.
