The present invention also relates to titration packs comprising dosage forms (e.g., tablets) comprising milnacipran or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof (e.g., milnacipran hydrochloride) for oral administration. The titration packs enable patient compliance with a regime of changing dosage of the milnacipran or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof (e.g., milnacipran hydrochloride).
