  • Patent number: 11815330
Abstract: A method of firearm instruction may include the steps of substituting a rear sight for a standard rear sight and substituting a front sight for a standard front sight by securing the rear sight and the front sight to a firearm. The method may include viewing by an instructor simultaneously with viewing by the shooter the aligning of the rear sight with the front sight along the line of sight as the shooter is manipulating the firearm. A rear sight face of the rear sight and a front sight face of the front sight are sized greater than a standard rear sight face of the standard rear sight and a standard front sight face of the front sight.

  • Publication number: 20230324146
Abstract: A method of firearm training includes the step of attaching a cord to a firearm and the step of attaching the cord to a frame. The frame may include two vertically oriented members oriented in parallel spaced relation. Several attachment points are disposed upon the vertical members, and the cord may be engaged with an attachment point selected from the several attachment points. The method of firearm training includes the step of tensioning the cord while aiming the firearm thereby applying a force to the firearm. In various aspects, the cord may be attached to the firearm by attaching the cord to a loop that is attached to a rail secured to the firearm. Related firearm training apparatus are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20230324141
Abstract: An attachment apparatus for a firearm and methods of use of the attachment apparatus are disclosed. The attachment apparatus may include an eyebolt securable to a rail of a firearm. The eyebolt may include a first loop defining a first aperture and a second loop defining a second aperture. In use, various devices may be attached to one or more loops of the eyebolt so that the eyebolt provides an interface for attachment of various devices to the firearm.

  • Patent number: 5054771
Abstract: In this invention, a computer-interactive swingable member with a seat thereon is suspended from a swing-support member and swingable in a vertical arc by leg-and-feet muscle power with the feet of an individual sitting on the seat engaged in stirrups positioned in front of the swingable member. The swingable member is horizontally pivotal on an extension from a base member by arm-and-hand muscle power with the hands grasping joystick handlebars. A marker on a computer monitor is computer-interactively engaged with the movement of the seat such that swinging motion of the seat causes the marker to travel selectively up-and-down and side-to-side rotation of the seat causes the marker to travel selectively from-side-to-side on a computer monitor. Resistance to swinging and side-to-side motion can be provided selectively for exercise and the computer can be programmable for selected game and design computer software.

  • Patent number: 4711447
Abstract: An exercise apparatus for use in combination with a video game having a chair for a player mounted in a structural assembly which tilts back or forth in response to pushing or pulling, respectively, on a handlebar, and which rotates horizontally in two directions in response to pedaling backwards or forwards of a cycle mechanism. The position of the chair and assembly is measured by electrical devices for utilization by a computer with video screen controlled by a video game program. The resistance encountered by the operator in pedaling and in pushing or pulling on the handlebar is variable by mechanical friction devices so that the operator may adjust the level of his or her physical exertion required to play the video game.
