Patent number: 11918906Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards providing video game gameplay incorporating falling puzzle mechanics influenced by character movements within a puzzle space. In a preferred embodiment, a computer implemented method renders a game world that includes a puzzle space wherein a sequence of falling items aggregate in a puzzle formation. Players move characters within the puzzle space to remove items by colliding with them in an attempt to resolve the puzzle by clearing all items from the puzzle space. In one possible arrangement, the sequence of falling items is released according to character movements within the puzzle space. The relationship between character movements and falling puzzle items makes the game play more engaging by providing additional strategic and competitive elements to traditional falling puzzle games.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2021Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: YACHT CLUB GAMES, LLCInventors: David D'angelo, Alec Faulkner, Nickolas Wozniak, Sean Velasco, Ian Flood, Morgan Guyer, Michael Herbster, Russell Rafferty

Patent number: 5656376Abstract: In a marine vessel having a drive shaft that extend rearwardly from its hull, wherein the drive shaft has a coupling and a bearing assembly along its length that are supported by struts, which struts are also secured to the hull of the vessel. A coupling cover encompasses the coupling and is mounted adjacent to a bearing assembly. A fairwater encompasses the coupling cover and is attached to the bearing assembly or the strut associated therewith to define a chamber and a clearance space between the fairwater and the coupling cover for directing fluids therethrough and through the bearing assembly to lubricate such bearing assembly. Vanes are located on the coupling cover or on a separate support located within such chamber to enhance the fluid flow through the bearing assembly.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 1995Date of Patent: August 12, 1997Assignee: The B. Patent number: 4397333Abstract: A liquid fuel collecting and damming assembly located in a vehicle fuel tank to aid the intake of fuel to the engine by elevating the level of fuel about the fuel inlet particularly when the liquid level in the tank is relatively low. The assembly provides an open-ended cylindrical wall which is supported on the fuel tank bottom so that the inlet to the fuel line extends through the resultant open top so as to extend downward toward the bottom. A fuel return conduit extends through the collector assembly's wall and has an outlet end portion spaced vertically upward from the inlet portion so that fuel is discharged therethrough into the collector assembly and enters at an elevated level. The fuel supply in the collector assembly remains at the elevated level with respect to fuel in the tank at a low level condition due to the raised outlet portion of the return conduit.Type: GrantFiled: September 4, 1981Date of Patent: August 9, 1983Assignee: Chrysler CorporationInventors: Joseph Liba, Michael Rafferty
