  • Patent number: 7097377
Abstract: A handwriting instrument with a stamp carrier (40) with stamp pad (41) introduced from the side into the stock (10). The stamp carrier is releasably connected to a lid (20). The lid (20) is a segment of the stock (10). For this writing instrument a flexible standard refill (50) is provided, with which the aide of a guide bar (53) and further stock elements is bent and held against the inner wall of the stock (10) in such a manner, that it's central area is eccentrically displaced for providing greater space for the stamp carrier (40).

  • Publication number: 20030089258
Abstract: A pocket stamp, comprised of a container in which a stamp is provided and a lid mounted pivotably on the container. In the closed position the lid covers the stamp face and in the open position serves as a handle. The container comprises a shell shaped lower part (20) and the lid comprises a shell shaped upper part (10) of a flat container. The lower part (20) and upper part (10) are pivotably connected with each other via a hinge element (28, 18). This simple design makes possible the provision of a container with less than 3 mm thickness, so that a pocket stamp of this type can easily be mailed in a conventional envelope or be slipped by the user into his pocketbook or briefcase. Besides this, the upper and lower parts, in particular when they are connected to each other via a film hinge or living hinge, can be manufactured in one piece by injection molding, whereby the manufacturing costs can be substantially reduced.

  • Patent number: 6454480
Abstract: A handwriting instrument consists of a top part (1) and a connected intermediate part (2), on the end of which a tip (3) is fastened. To make it possible to insert the intermediate part (2) into the top part (1) rapidly and securely during the assembly of the handwriting instrument, there are two detent elements (5) and two lead-in bevels (8) on the top part (1), which guide two flexible studs (4) into the detent elements (5), where the studs (4) are locked. A sleeve (11) fastened to the intermediate part (2) by means of a bayonet connection (13, 21; 12, 14, 20) covers the studs (4) and the detent elements (5). For easy handling of the writing instrument, there is a grip (18) made of non-slip butt soft rubber on the intermediate part (2).
