Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for securely mounting a data/video projector in a portable enclosure with an adjustable mounting surface for the projector. The invention includes an apparatus that allows for easy adjustment of pitch angle of the projector to align the projector's image with the desired projection surface. The invention keeps the projector securely mounted even while in use, thereby deterring theft. The apparatus is designed to be mounted to any standard rack rail system. Standard security screws are utilized to deter theft.
