A providing unit provides an adapted treatment program by adapting the certain treatment program using a treatment policy and a deep reinforcement learning process. The deep reinforcement learning process includes the reward as an input. A receiver unit receives the adapted treatment program and provides the adapted treatment program to the control device for execution of the adapted treatment program.
