  • Patent number: 12234099
Abstract: A crop unloader system comprising: an elevator assembly, a boom assembly, a flexible drive, and a tensioning assembly. The elevator assembly has a frame, an elevator drive and drive motor, and an elevator drive output. The boom assembly has a frame connected to the elevator frame at a boom pivot axis to rotate through a range of motion, and an unloader drive input. The flexible drive is operatively connected between the elevator drive output and the unloader drive input. The tensioning assembly has a tensioner link and a control link that are pivotally to each other and with one of the two links each pivotally connected to one of the boom and elevator frame. An idler wheel is on the tensioner link. The tensioning assembly maintains a tension load on the endless flexible drive within a predetermined range, throughout the range of motion of the boom frame.

  • Publication number: 20240315170
Abstract: A combine harvester with a grain tank for storing harvested grain, an unload conveyor for unloading the harvested grain stored in the grain tank into a nearby grain hauling vehicle, a chopper for chopping residue straw, and a spreader system for spreading the chopped residue straw in an area behind the combine harvester. The combine harvester further includes a radar-based residue monitoring system for monitoring a spreading distribution of the chopped residue straw. A controller is configured to receive sensor signals from one or more radar sensors of the radar-based residue monitoring system, and to detect a presence of the nearby grain hauling vehicle based on the received sensor signals.

  • Publication number: 20140202931
Abstract: A method to significantly reduce the need for treating bottom ash with a bonding agent, such as lime or concrete, as is typically done by Waste-to-Energy facilities within the United States of America. Furthermore it is a method that will greatly reduce the costs associated with freight, and disposal typically associated with WTE bottom ash by extracting excess water, metallic, and eliminating the need for supplemental additives such as lime or concrete.

  • Patent number: 7542833
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for scheduling service appointments based on service reminders sent based on the estimated mileage the vehicle. The mileage of the vehicle can be estimated based on the age of the vehicle, or it can be based on the last known mileage of the vehicle and estimating the additional mileage using average vehicle mileage statistics. The mileage of the vehicle may be estimated based on actual vehicle history, and may be adjusted based on the characteristics of the vehicle, the driver, or the geographic location of the vehicle. Service reminders sent to a recipient include a link to a scheduling server. The scheduling server provides a scheduling page allowing the recipient to view and select from available service time slots at the service shop.

  • Patent number: 6322656
Abstract: An improvement in a method of bonding copper and a resin together wherein a copper oxide layer is formed on the surface of copper by the oxidation of metallic copper, the copper oxide layer is reduced to metallic copper with an aqueous reducing solution containing at least one amine borane represented by the general formula: BH3NHRR′ (wherein R and R′ are each a member selected from the group consisting of H, CH3, and CH2CH3), and the metallic copper is bonded to a resin. According to the improvement, a reducing stabilizer is added to the reducing solution in an amount sufficient to decrease consumption of the amine borane during reduction to a level less than that consumed in the absence of the reducing stabilizer during the course of the copper oxide reduction process, wherein the stabilized reduction process is initiated in a reasonable time and the metallic copper layer resulting from the stabilized reduction process is resistant to acid attack.
