    Abstract: An illuminated panel-mountable receptacle is disclosed. The receptacle body may be a translucent material and may be captivated to a panel by a front nut and a rear nut. A mounting nut is slotted so that the mounting nut may be threaded onto the rear portion of the receptacle body even when a cable has already been connected thereto. The mounting nut is configured to receive a light guide so that a source of illumination can be provided at a back portion of the receptacle and propagate through the receptacle so as to illuminate the receptacle when viewed by a user.

    Abstract: Electrical connectors include terminal blocks each having a ball at one end and a complementary socket at an opposite end. The terminal blocks may be linked together by coupling the balls in the sockets. Each coupled ball and socket provides a pivoting link between terminal blocks. A plurality of terminal blocks which are pivotally linked together may conform to the curved surface of an electric motor or other device.

    Abstract: An electrical terminal for making connection to a ring tongue comprises two metal plates each having a central aperture and a semicircular shaft segment having a portion outstanding from the plate and a portion forming part of the periphery of the aperture. The shaft segment of one plate is force fitted into the aperture of the other plate, with the ring tongue surrounding the two shaft segments, so that the two shaft segments cooperate to provide a hollow shaft, contact springs on plates cooperating to provide a receptacle for a bus bar. The outer faces of the shaft segments and the walls of the apertures are complimentarily tapered to enable the force fit. In use, a fastener is passed through the hollow shaft to secure the terminal to a guide fork, the assembly so formed being mounted on a slideway secured to a rack mounted electrical module to be connected to the bus bar.
