Abstract: A management tool is disclosed that provides for the comprehensive management of the objectives, policies, tasks, documents, information and activities (collectively “activities”) to an organization. Activities across different levels of an organization and/or involving different groups within an organization can be managed using a single system. Metrics can be captured and analyzed at different levels in the organization. The tool enhances the ability of an organization to strategically align personnel and departments to facilitate the applicable objects and values of the organization.
