  • Publication number: 20240166626
Abstract: The ?2-adrenergic receptor (?2AR) is a primary target in the treatment of airway diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Since ?-agonist treatment of airway disease can have severe side effects, compounds that attenuate the side effects of ?-agonists have been identified via their ability to inhibit ?2AR interaction with ?-arrestins. These compounds are specific for the ?2AR and effectively protect against the desensitization observed with ?-agonist treatment in model cells and airway tissue. The present disclosure provides compounds and methods for treating airway disease, such as but not limited to COPD and/or asthma.

  • Publication number: 20240126692
Abstract: Memory devices and systems with post-packaging master die selection, and associated methods, are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a memory device includes a plurality of memory dies. Each memory die of the plurality includes a command/address decoder. The command/address decoders are configured to receive command and address signals from external contacts of the memory device. The command/address decoders are also configured, when enabled, to decode the command and address signals and transmit the decoded command and address signals to every other memory die of the plurality. Each memory die further includes circuitry configured to enable, or disable, or both individual command/address decoders of the plurality of memory dies. In some embodiments, the circuitry can enable a command/address decoder of a memory die of the plurality after the plurality of memory dies are packaged into a memory device.

  • Patent number: 11957894
Abstract: A neuromodulation therapy is delivered via at least one electrode implanted subcutaneously and superficially to a fascia layer superficial to a nerve of a patient. In one example, an implantable medical device is deployed along a superficial surface of a deep fascia tissue layer superficial to a nerve of a patient. Electrical stimulation energy is delivered to the nerve through the deep fascia tissue layer via implantable medical device electrodes.

  • Patent number: 11946625
Abstract: A site light including a body, an arm coupled to the body having an adjustable arm length, a light assembly coupled to the arm opposite the body, and a drive assembly configured to alter the arm length. The drive assembly, in turn, includes a drive wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, an idle wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, and a biasing member configured to bias the idle wheel toward the drive wheel. The site light also includes a cable coupled to the arm where the cable is positioned between and engaged by both the drive wheel and the idle wheel.

  • Patent number: 5147209
Abstract: An adapter is interposed between a device having a pattern of pins projecting therefrom and a PCB having contacts connected to various components. The body of the adapter is made of platable dielectric material and is formed with holes corresponding to the pattern of pins of the device and also along one or more edges with pads corresponding in number to the holes. The holes are plated with conductive material which may be used to establish electrical contact with the pins; however, preferably clips are installed in each hole and in electrical contact therewith, the clips having converging fingers which frictionally engage the pins and also electrically contact the same. Electrically conductive traces are located on the body, each having a first end connected to the plating of a hole and a second end leading to one of the pads. The traces may be formed by a plate and etch process similar to that used in PCB fabrication.
