Abstract: Activity-inducible fusion proteins whose activity is post-translationally regulated utilizing a hsp90 binding domain and a drug molecule are described. In the absence of the drug molecule, the activity-inducible fusion proteins are inactivated but can be activated by a relevant physiological parameter in the presence of the drug molecule. Examples of the activity-inducible fusion proteins include chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) wherein the relevant physiological parameter is antigen binding.

Abstract: A sanitary unit comprises a toilet having a bowl (3) provided with a seat (4), and a wash basin (12) supported above the toilet bowl. Symbols representing notes are placed on a grid at vertical positions in accordance with their pitch, and horizontal positions representing time. A first basic symbol is assigned to the natural notes in an octave, a second basic symbol is assigned to sharp accidentals, and a third basic symbol is assigned to flat accidentals. The horizontal extent of the symbols represents note duration. Each of the seven natural notes in an octave is assigned a color and a vertical position on the grid, and the sharp accidental and flat accidental notes are assigned the same color and vertical position as the associated natural note.

Abstract: The invention provides a training cartridge having a peripheral fire primer and a gun modified to fire the cartridge. The combination of modified gun and peripheral fire cartridge avoids the potentially adverse consequences that could arise if live ammunition and training ammunition were to become inadvertently confused or mixed up by preventing the firing of live center fire ammunition.
