Patent number: 9726711Abstract: A power semiconductor module includes a power electronics circuit and a measuring circuit for measuring a physical parameter occurring in the power electronics circuit and for providing a corresponding measurement signal. A transmission circuit is coupled to a secondary side of a transfer unit, and an evaluation circuit is coupled to the primary side and galvanically isolated from the transmission circuit by the transfer unit. The evaluation circuit supplies an AC voltage to the primary side, causing primary current to flow on the primary side, which in turn results in secondary current on the secondary side, the secondary current being supplied to the transmission circuit. The transmission circuit receives the measurement signal and modulates the secondary current in accordance with the measurement signal, which results in a modulation of the primary current. The evaluation circuit evaluates the modulation of the primary current and generates an output signal dependent thereon.Type: GrantFiled: June 10, 2014Date of Patent: August 8, 2017Assignee: Infineon Technologies AGInventors: Michael Schlueter, Stefan Hubert Schmies

Patent number: 7731907Abstract: A device and a process for testing a sample liquid in which especially the ELISA process can be carried out very easily, rapidly and with high precision. To do this, a sample liquid and a dilution liquid are each supplied to several metering chambers of different volumes, so that the sample liquid can be diluted into assigned reaction chambers in one dilution step in different dilution ratios. Different liquids can be supplied in succession to the reaction chambers by means of a common receiving chamber. The liquids are transferred from the reaction chambers into the assigned test chambers to stop the detection reaction.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 2006Date of Patent: June 8, 2010Assignee: Boehringer Ingelheim microParts GmbHInventors: Ilse Ballhorn, Gert Blankenstein, Ralf-Peter Peters, Birgit Mueller-Chorus, Michael Schlueter

Patent number: 7552579Abstract: An agricultural working machine, such as a combine harvester or forage harvester, has a feeding assembly arranged on the front for accommodating a header attachment which is designated to harvest and convey a harvested crop, and at least one gauge wheel attachment comprising at least one support wheel associated with the header attachment on one or both sides of the feeding assembly, wherein the header attachment is arranged pivotally about a rotation axis extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the agricultural working machine on the feeding assembly in such a manner that the header attachment can be automatically rotated from a working position into a transport position when the feeding assembly is lowered, and at least one support wheel of at least one gauge wheel attachment supports the header attachment on the ground in the transport position. This ensures that the use of a separate header trailer is not necessary.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2007Date of Patent: June 30, 2009Assignee: CLAAS Selbstfahrende Erntemaschinen GmbHInventors: Steve Tippery, Michael Schlueter
