  • Patent number: 10293837
Abstract: A control system to control a multi-passenger ride vehicle includes a controller. The controller receives a first user feedback from a first user input device and a second user feedback from a second user input device. The controller selects the first user feedback, the second user feedback, or a combination thereof for a determination of a vehicle path of the multi-passenger ride vehicle. The controller determines the vehicle path using the first user feedback, the second user feedback, or the combination thereof based on the selection. • Publication number: 20190110487
Abstract: An apparatus for co-extruding a liquid around a periphery of a stream of meat as the meat is extruded into a casing includes a collar, a tube end connected within the collar, and a co-axial stuffing tube having a proximal end connected to the tube end. The stuffing tube has concentric inner and outer layers and a longitudinal channel between the inner and outer layers extending from the proximal end of the stuffing tube to a distal end of the stuffing tube. A liquid inlet port in the collar is in fluid communication with the longitudinal channel. Methods include co-extruding the liquid from the longitudinal channel at a distal end of the stuffing tube as the stream of meat is extruded from within the inner layer of the stuffing tube such that the liquid and the meat are not combined until both are extruded into a casing.

  • Publication number: 20190093158
Abstract: The invention discloses diagnostic techniques based on single cell genomics, consisting of obtaining a blood sample, enriching a sub-population of cells present in the blood sample, sequestering individual cells or group of cells from the blood sample, obtaining sequencing data from the sequestered cells or group of cells, using genetic variant information to determine the provenance of the cells, and genetically analyzing the cells of the correct provenance to provide a diagnostic readout. Using the cell-based testing techniques of the invention, the number of false positives is greatly reduced when compared to cell-free DNA (cfDNA) based traditional testing techniques. The invention may be effectively employed for non-invasive prenatal (NIPT) diagnostics, oncological testing and other diagnostic procedures.

  • Publication number: 20180322225
Abstract: A construction management system allows a user to capture an item identifier from an item (e.g., shipment, group of components, and/or one or more components) using a mobile device. The item identifier may be used to identify a project and access a model for the product, identify a component in a model, and/or identify the components in a shipment for staging purposes. Moreover, the system may be used to identify a status for the one or more components. The status may be that the one or more components are shipped, received, staged for assembly, installed, or the like. The status of the one or more components may be automatically updated by capturing the item identifier. Moreover, the user may also select shipment information for past, current, and/or future shipments in order to identify the one or more components associated with each of the shipments.

  • Publication number: 20180039627
Abstract: Personalized content is generated from different media items using a content index. The content index is generated or updated by identifying segments of media items that are of particular interest to users. User interactions with the media items are analyzed and metadata of segments of media items that are determined to be of particular interest to the users is recorded. The parameters associated with a request for personalized content for a user are matched with the recorded metadata to identify relevant media items or segments of media items which are transmitted to the user as the personalized content.
