Abstract: A system and method are disclosed that enable the evaluation of comments posted on a Web site and recommended actions to take in view of the evaluation results. Standards taken from one or more Web sites and other standards are copied to a server system including a database. A post is compared to the standards to identify any violations of standards. If evaluation results indicate that the post violates at least one standard or it triggers a different aspect of evaluation, a communication can be sent to a target of the post, such as a business. The communication can include a graphical representation of evaluation results, a copy of at least part of the post, and a recommended action to take in view of the evaluation results.
