  • Patent number: 11722502
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods executing a security server that perform various processes using alert elements containing various data fields indicating threats of fraud or attempts to penetrate an enterprise network. Using alert elements, the security server generate integrated alerts that are associated with customers of the system and assign a risk score for the integrated alerts, which the security server uses to store and sort the integrated alerts according to a priority, based on the relative risk scores. Analyst computers may query and fetch integrated alerts from an integrate alert database, and then present the integrate alerts to be addressed by an analyst according to the priority level of the respective integrated alerts. This allows to ensure that the right customer, is worked by the right analyst, at the right time, to maximize fraud prevention and minimize customer impact.

  • Patent number: 11514139
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for managing registrations of computers. The methods and systems provide a registration tool that may be used to automatically register the computers. For each computer to be registered, information uniquely identifying the computer is collected and sent to a remote registration server. The information is then used by the remote registration server to perform the registration on behalf of the computer. The registration may be with a software vendor, a third-party database, or with the remote registration server itself in some cases. The registration server thereafter returns a registration code or other information to the computer to complete the registration. Such an arrangement allows the registration process to be controlled from a central location.

  • Patent number: 8572547
Abstract: A developer zone is provided for use by developers. A method for providing a developer zone may include receiving a request, initializing a provisional computing device, initializing a development computing device, copying data to the provisional computing device, then to the development computing device. A method for providing a developer zone may include copying data from a secured computing device to a provisional computing device, initializing a development computing device, loading at least a portion of the copied data from the provisional computing device to the development computing device, and developing a software package on the development computing device. Using a developer zone may include logging into a terminal server, requesting a copy of at least a portion of secured data, wherein the portion of secured data is first copied onto a provisional computing device and then loaded onto the development computing device, and inputting instructions at the terminal server.

  • Patent number: 8505005
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for automatically installing software applications on multiple target computers having different computing platforms from a central location. The methods and systems provide an infrastructure comprising a centralized repository and server and a plurality of remote target computers. The centralized repository stores platform-specific installation files for each software application and computing platform of interest, and one or more non-platform-specific deploy jobs for installing the software applications. The non-platform-specific deploy jobs allows a user to automatically install one or more software applications on any target computer regardless of computing platform, and to reuse any installation logic that may have been custom-developed for the software applications. A common command syntax is created that may be used to define and execute the deploy jobs across the multiple computing platforms.
