  • Patent number: 11949795
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for tracking resources using non-fungible tokens. The present invention is configured to electronically receiving, over a distributed computing network from a computing device of a user, a request for a non-fungible token (NFT) for a resource; initiating a non-fungible token (NFT) generator on the resource in response to receiving the request; generating a unique digital signature for the resource; generating, using the NFT generator, the NFT, wherein the NFT comprises at least the unique digital signature for the resource; and record the NFT for the resource on a distributed ledger.

  • Publication number: 20180208225
Abstract: A flatbed shopping cart is disclosed that has a frame, a plurality of casters positioned below the frame, a handle, and a tray. The frame may form an outer perimeter of the cart, where the frame has a first side portion, a second side portion, and a central front portion. The frame may further have a first end on the first side portion and a second end on the second side portion, where the first side portion extends from the first end downward and backward along a curved surface before moving forward toward the central front portion, such that the first end of the first side portion is located forward of a connection point of a rear caster, and a portion of the first side portion extends rearward beyond the connection point of the rear caster before curving forward toward the central front portion. The tray may have a nonsymmetrical elongated hexagon shape.

  • Patent number: 9323950
Abstract: An integrated circuit device comprises a processor and a secure protection zone with security properties that can be verified by a remote device communicating with the integrated circuit device. The secure protection zone includes a persistent storage that is configured for storing cryptographic keys and data. The secure protection zone also includes instructions that are configured for causing the processor to perform cryptographic operations using the cryptographic keys. In addition, the secure protection zone includes an ephemeral memory that is configured for storing information associated with the cryptographic operations. The instructions are configured for causing the processor to perform the cryptographic operations on the data stored in the persistent storage and the information in the ephemeral memory as part of a secure communication exchange with the remote device.

  • Patent number: 9310198
Abstract: Target land area is three-dimensionally located using an optical sensor and a radar sensor in satellites. The positions of the satellites are measured and images are captured when the sensors point toward land areas. The aiming direction of the optical sensor for each area is measured. The distance between each area and the radar sensor pointing thereto is measured. Images of land areas captured by the sensors and covering common areas are matched. The distance between the target area selected from the common areas and the optical sensor is accurately determined on the basis of the positions of the sensors, the distance between the target area and the radar sensor, and the aiming direction of the optical sensor, which are associated with the images covering the target area.

  • Patent number: 9170592
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for an integrated voltage regulator with open loop digital control for power stepping. In one aspect, a method for regulating an output voltage includes receiving data indicative of a power setting associated with an identified state of an electrical circuit, the power setting based on a load current demand of the electrical circuit in the identified state, enabling one or more parallel driver segments based on the received data indicative of the power setting. The method further includes sourcing by the enabled one or more parallel driver segments sufficient current to meet the load current demand of the electrical circuit in the identified state while maintaining the output voltage at a predetermined voltage level, and providing the output voltage to the electrical circuit at the predetermined voltage level.

  • Publication number: 20140180654
Abstract: The embodiments of the Client Finite Element Submission System are comprised of a means to allow the user to create the job file package to be submitted to the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) professional. The job file package will include the the geometry to be analyzed, simulation type specifications, material specifications, boundary conditions, and custom result requests. Each analysis model will appear in the analysis tree as a new branch. At this point the user will submit the design and for analysis by the FEA professional. Once the design is complete the user will receive a completion email acknowledgement with a URL link providing a means to download the results file. The Client Finite Element Submission System application allows the user to review the results. The plurality of analysis types includes structural, modal, pre-stress static structural and pre-stressed modal thermal and coupled thermal structural analysis.

  • Publication number: 20080248863
Abstract: The game may be played with game pieces, such as cards, e.g., in poker, balls or numbers, e.g., in Bingo or Keno, The game randomly draws a first set of game pieces for a programmed number of game pieces. In one aspect of the game, the player may be given an opportunity to purchase, for an additional wager, i.e., the cost of the opportunity, additional game pieces. The cost of the opportunity is based on the potential payout and the odds of winning. The cost to the player of an additional game piece or card is a function of the potential amount of the payout if the player achieves a winning combination, and the odds of the player achieving the winning results, which is a function of the game piece needed and the game pieces remaining in the programmed number of game pieces.

  • Publication number: 20080087088
Abstract: Apparatus and method for determining relative and/or absolute axial position of a conduit end within a fluid coupling includes application of input ultrasonic energy in the form of transient shear waves and analyzing the reflected energy. Application of the input energy collected at different radial positions about a first axial location is used with wavelet based correlation techniques to better analyze the reflected energy signals. Quality of the abutment between the conduit end and a surface associated with the coupling may also be determined as a separate or combined feature of the axial position determination.

  • Patent number: 6833936
Abstract: In one embodiment, a device for capturing information from a document to be input to an information handling system (“IHS”) includes a housing that a user may selectively place to reveal a first portion of the document. That is, the housing defines a viewing area, such as by defining an opening through which the first portion of the document may be viewed. The housing has a shutter for selecting a subportion of the first revealed portion of the document by shutting off a portion of the viewing area, thereby hiding a portion of the first revealed portion of the document and revealing only the selected subportion. A scanner for capturing an image of the revealed subportion of the document is movably attached to the housing. In another aspect, the input device includes a magnifying lens for displaying an enlarged view of the portion of the document revealed in the viewing area, so that a user of the input device may more precisely select the subportion of the document.

  • Patent number: 5663965
Abstract: There is disclosed a central controller for simultaneously testing the embedded arrays in a processor. Test data vectors are serially shifted into a latch and stored into each location in the embedded arrays of the processor. The test data are then read out of the embedded arrays into a read latch and serially shifted into a multiple input shift register, where a polynomial division is performed on the test vector data. If all memory locations in the embedded array function properly, a remainder value will result that is equal to a unique signature remainder for the test vectors used.
