    Abstract: Connector assemblies and processes for using same. The connector assembly can include a first connector part having a first coupler plate and a collet housing and a second connector part having a second coupler plate, a housing, a collet, a mandrel retainer, a mandrel, and a drive nut. The collet can include a plurality of fingers disposed toward a first end of the collet and a second end of the mandrel can be coupled to the drive nut. A shoulder of each finger of the collet can be aligned with an inner groove defined by the collet housing. When the drive nut is rotated, a first surface disposed on a first end of the mandrel can radially displace the fingers such that each shoulder can be least partially disposed within the inner groove defined by the collet housing to connect the first and second connector parts to one another.

    Abstract: Subsea fluid transfer systems and process for using same. The subsea fluid transfer system can include first and second end termination assemblies, a plurality of fluid transfer conduits, and a plurality of separator assemblies. The first and second end termination assemblies can each include a mechanical connector first part, a fluid coupler first part, and a fluid header conduit in fluid communication with the fluid coupler first part. The plurality of fluid transfer conduits can be in fluid communication with the fluid header conduit of the first and second end termination assemblies. Each separator assembly can define a plurality of conduit bores therethrough and each fluid transfer conduit can be disposed within a corresponding conduit bore defined each separator assembly. The plurality of separator assemblies can be distributed along a length of the plurality of fluid transfer conduits and configured to maintain a separation distance between adjacent fluid transfer conduits.

    Abstract: A connector assembly that can include a first tubular member that defines a plurality of apertures through a sidewall thereof, a second tubular member that defines one or more grooves on an outer surface thereof and a plurality of apertures through a sidewall thereof, a plurality of first bolts, a plurality of second bolts, a release ring, and a plurality of release keys. The second member can be disposed within a bore defined by the first member at a first position and a second position relative to the first member. When the first bolts are in a first locked position and the second member is at the first position, a first end of each first bolt can be disposed within a corresponding one of the one or more grooves, and when the second member is in the second position, the second bolts can be in the unlatched position.

    Abstract: The flying lead deployment apparatus with one reel assembly is made of a frame assembly; a reel assembly with flying lead disposed in the frame assembly adapted to rotate to distribute the flying lead; a first ROV-flying lead interface connected to the frame assembly and one end of the flying lead; a second ROV-flying lead interface connected to the reel assembly and the other end of the flying end; a drive assembly connected to the reel assembly with a counting gear adapted to count the number of times the reel assembly rotates, an adjustable rack gear, and a locking mechanism connected to the adjustable rack gear and the reel assembly adapted to stop the reel assembly when the counting gear reaches a predetermined number; and a friction brake connected to the frame assembly and reel assembly adapted to apply friction to maintain constant tension on the flying lead.
