Publication number: 20250328972Abstract: A computer implemented method includes collecting multi-modal residential real estate data from networked machines. The multi-modal residential real estate data is segregated into relational data, textual data and image data to form segregated data. Statistical anomalies in the segregated data are corrected to form first refined data. The first refined data is augmented to reduce sparsity and form second refined data. Numerical embedding vectors are computed from the second refined data. The numerical embedding vectors are aggregated by geographic region. A deep neural network is trained using the numerical embedding vectors to form models for predicting residential real estate attributes. The models are utilized to compute a dynamic value for a specified residential real estate asset. Parcels in a geographic area surrounding the specified residential real estate asset are defined. The models compute dynamic values for the parcels in the geographic area.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 10, 2022Publication date: October 23, 2025Inventors: Brian LENT, David BLUHM, Neal OMAN, Vincent O'NEILL, Daniel WHITE, Karl KNAUB, William BRADLEY, Michael SHAPIRO

Publication number: 20230196288Abstract: A system and a method provide a lead verification service. A lead generator contacts a verification server when a visitor lands on a hosting site of the lead generator to enter lead information into a form. The verification server issues a reference key (token) to the lead generator and collects information about the visitor and the hosting site of the lead generator, using the reference key to identify the collected information. When the visitor submits the form, the lead generator sends the form data, which includes the entered lead information and the reference key received from the verification server, to at least one interested party. When the verification server receives a request for the collected information from the interested party, the collected information is retrieved based on the reference key included in the request and sent to the requesting interested party.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 16, 2023Publication date: June 22, 2023Inventors: Steven M. Rafferty, Rickie N. Benavidez, Alexander K. Wolfe, Michael Shapiro

Patent number: 11175978Abstract: An error in content generated by a first electronic device can be detected by a second electronic device. The second electronic device receives, in one or more messages, first message content and second message content generated by integrated circuit logic within the first electronic device. The second electronic device compares the first message content with predetermined message content. Based on detecting a mismatch between the first message content and the predetermined message content, the second electronic device initiates error recovery for the one or more messages. Initiating error recovery can include, for example, logging an error in the integrated circuit logic, requesting for the first electronic device to regenerate the first message content and second message content, or initiating execution of a program that detects and corrects programming errors in the integrated circuit logic.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 2019Date of Patent: November 16, 2021Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventor: Michael Shapiro

Publication number: 20070239386Abstract: A computer implemented method, data processing system, and computer usable code are provided for burn-in testing of a multiprocessor. A process identifies a power management data set for a plurality of processor cores associated with the multiprocessor. The process selects one or more of the plurality of processor cores to form a selected set of processor cores based upon the power management data set. The process initiates a burn-in test across the selected set of processor cores. In response to a determination that all processor cores in the plurality of processor cores have not been selected, the process repeats the above selecting and initiating steps until all the processor cores have been selected.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 31, 2006Publication date: October 11, 2007Inventors: Louis Capps, Anand Haridass, Ronald Newhart, Michael Shapiro

Publication number: 20070080448Abstract: The process begins with separate device wafers having complimentary chips. Thin metal capture pads, having a preferred thickness of about 10 microns so that substantial pressure may be applied during processing without damaging capture pads, are deposited on both device wafers, which are then tested and mapped for good chip sites. A handle wafer is attached to one device wafer, which can then be thinned to improve via etching and filling. Capture pads are removed and replaced after thinning. The device wafer with handle wafer is diced, and good chips with attached portions of the diced handle wafer are positioned and bonded to the good chip sites of the other device wafer, and the handle wafer portions are removed. The device wafer having known good 3-D chips then undergoes final processing.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 11, 2005Publication date: April 12, 2007Applicant: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATIONInventors: Edward DeMulder, Sarah Knickerbocker, Michael Shapiro, Albert Young

Publication number: 20050102567Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product diagnosing and resolving faults is disclosed. A disclosed fault management architecture includes a fault manager suitable having diagnostic engines and fault correction agents. The diagnostic engines receive error information and identify associated fault possibilities. The fault possibility information is passed to fault correction agents, which diagnose and resolve the associated faults. The architecture uses logs to track the status of error information, the status of fault management exercises, and the fault status of system resources. Additionally, a soft error rate discriminator can be employed to track and resolve soft (correctible) errors in the system. The architecture is extensible allowing additional diagnostic engines and agents to be plugged in to the architecture without interrupting the normal operational flow of the computer system.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 31, 2003Publication date: May 12, 2005Inventors: Cynthia McGuire, Timothy Haley, Andrew Rudoff, Michael Shapiro, Matthew Simmons
