The heat exchanger includes a first pipe, a second pipe, a plurality of heat exchange tubes connecting the first pipe and the second pipe, and an edge plate located on an outer side of the plurality of heat exchange tubes in a length direction of the first pipe. At least part of the refrigerant adjustment component is located on an outer side of the edge plate in the length direction of the first pipe. An included angle between an axis in a length direction of at least part of an outer wall of the refrigerant adjustment component and an axis in the length direction of the first pipe is greater than 0° and less than or equal to 90°.

The water guider is arranged on the heat exchanger and has a water guide groove, and condensed water on at least a part of the heat exchanger can flow out through the water guide groove. The heat exchange device has a good drainage performance, can prevent the condensed water from accumulating, and thus improves a heat exchange area and a heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.

The articles comprise removable inserts for wearing apparel that are activated by exposure to air or breaking an internal bag of the insert and shaking the inserts to provide single use disposable inserts. The disposable inserts provide heating or cooling for an extended period of time. A reusable insert is disclosed that is activated by heating or by refrigeration to provide either heating or cooling. Heating or cooling is provided by wearing apparel comprising at least one chamber for a compressed gas cylinder. The chamber may be recharged as needed to provide continuous heating or cooling of a person's head or various parts of a person's body. In one embodiment, the articles comprise a length of tubing extending along at least a portion of the wearing apparel and an aperture for the release of gas from a compressed gas cylinder into the tubing.
