  • Patent number: 5956910
Abstract: A plurality of vertically adjacent panels each has an upper edge portion and a lower edge portion, a support being provided for mounting the upper edge portion of each panel and the lower edge portion of the upwardly adjacent panel. The upper edge portion of the panel has an upstanding flange disposed within a first downwardly open channel of the support with screw members extending through the upstanding flange and into the support to retain the upstanding flange in the first channel, and the lower edge portion of the upwardly adjacent panel has a further upstanding flange disposed within a second downwardly open channel of the support, thereby to mount the upper edge portion of the panel and the lower edge portion of the upwardly adjacent panel on the support.

  • Patent number: 5544461
Abstract: A plurality of vertically adjacent panels each has an upper edge portion and a lower edge portion, a support being provided for mounting the upper edge portion of each panel and the lower edge portion of the upwardly adjacent panel. The upper edge portion of the panel has a downwardly open hook in engagement with an upstanding rib of the support, and the lower edge portion of the upwardly adjacent panel has a further downwardly open hook in engagement with a further upstanding rib of the support, thereby to provide mounting on the support of the upper edge portion of the panel and the lower edge portion of the upwardly adjacent panel. The hook of the upper edge portion of the panel extends above the lower edge of the upwardly adjacent panel.

  • Patent number: 5522193
Abstract: In a simple and robust panel mounting arrangement support pins project laterally and inwardly from rearwardly projecting flanges at opposed side edges of a panel, and are operatively engaged within angled slots extending rearwardly from front edges of flanges of supports, thereby to support the side edges of the panel. Each slot has a first limb portion which is open at the front edge of the respective flange and extends rearwardly therefrom, and a second limb portion which communicates with the first limb portion of the slot and which entends downwardly to a closed end thereof at which the associated support pin is disposed when the panel is fully mounted on the support.

  • Patent number: 5226274
Abstract: A clip for mounting a panel which comprises a first clipping member and a second clipping member. The first clipping member is attached to a panel adjacent to an edge of the panel and the second clipping member is secured to a building structure. The first and second clipping members have a male member and a female member for receiving therein the male member thereby slidably to interengage the clipping members to secure the panel to the building structure. The male member has a stepped distal edge so that the male member is snugly received within the female member.
