  • Publication number: 20160109196
Abstract: A multi-purpose cooling method and system is disclosed that includes a temperature sensor configured to sense a wet bulb temperature of atmospheric air at a cooling tower. The system also includes a first valve fluidically coupled to a first load center and the cooling tower, and a second valve fluidically coupled to a second load center and a chiller. The system further includes a heat exchanger including a first inlet fluidically coupled to the first valve and a second inlet fluidically coupled to the second valve. The first valve is configured to direct a first fluid and the second valve are configured to direct a second fluid according to the wet bulb temperature, a first target incoming temperature of the first fluid for the first load center, and a second target incoming temperature of the second fluid for the second load center.

  • Publication number: 20070112739
Abstract: A system and method is provided to provide information services to a plurality of mobile clients where the mobile clients can be any networked device including cell-phones, PDAs and other wireless devices. The system utilizes available communications protocols to submit requests and receive responses that can be information services and mobile content, such as ring tones and wallpaper. The system permits a user to conduct unstructured searches and to use hierarchical navigation systems for generating content-specific structured search queries and datasets. Searches can be based on a prior history of searches, geographical location, stated preferences and profile information associated with the user.

  • Publication number: 20060212433
Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for accurately parsing an information retrieval query and for generating accurate results based on the query. Queries are processed as a collection of atomic terminals of one or more search domains. The systems and methods typically implement a lexicon comprising a set of associations between known terminals and the phrase types to which they belong and a grammar comprising a set of deterministic syntax rules for translating a single phrase type of the domain into an ordered set of phrase types of similar expressiveness. Parsing includes separating a query into identifiable terminals of the domain language and comparing a collection of phrase types against the grammar to see if any subset of phrases types can be grouped together and translated into a higher level phrase type.

  • Publication number: 20060184625
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for processing queries provided as short messages. Keywords can be extracted from short messages and specific meaning can be derived and attributed to the short messages based on various attributes and context associated with the message, time of day and a user. Responses are provided that comprise content from information sources identified as best-fit search result. Responses are provided that comprise a menu having options identifying plural high probability search results. An alert system is disclosed for generating and managing alerts based on search results. Based on search results, a user can be connected to an information service or a transactional system and can be provided with advertising, marketing and help information.
