The method includes depositing the graphene layer on the metal catalyst substrate to form a layered structure and soaking the layered structure in a water-based solution comprising water and a water-miscible organic solvent such that the water-based solution intercalates between the graphene layer and the metal catalyst substrate and oxidizes the metal catalyst substrate for delamination of the graphene layer from the metal catalyst substrate.

Dealt virtual hole cards are displayed on screens of each EPIA and virtual common cards are preferably displayed on a screen of the common display area. Mechanical actuators for each EPIA are operated by the players when playing poker, sending electric signals to the computer system for play of the game.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for automatic call distribution (ACD) in a call queue are presented. Skill requirements are associated with a call in the call queue. Skill levels that correspond to the skill requirements are associated with each agent among a group of agents. A match rating is computed for each agent based on the skill requirements and skill levels. The call is then routed to an available agent based on the computed match rating for the agent. Accordingly, enhanced service levels may be achieved.
