  • Publication number: 20250142332
Abstract: An ultra-wideband (UWB) system of a UWB-enabled device dynamically schedules UWB ranging sessions with multiple asynchronous access control devices. The UWB system creates one ranging session for each access control device and schedules each ranging session with equal priority. During each ranging session, the UWB system receives a ranging message from a corresponding access control device, with the ranging message including a ranging management list (RML) that includes identifiers associated with UWB systems that are within an access control range of the corresponding access control device. The UWB system updates the priority of each ranging session based on presence or absence of the corresponding identifier in the RML of the received ranging message. Further, the UWB system schedules the ranging sessions with the updated priority to dynamically prioritize one access control device, thereby enabling an operation between the UWB system and the corresponding access control device.

  • Publication number: 20250091573
Abstract: The disclosure relates to validation of a driving corridor for lateral guidance of a motor vehicle by a driver assistance system. Based on environmental data, a driving corridor with corridor boundaries is determined, the corridor boundaries specifying a first track width for the lateral guidance of the motor vehicle. It is then checked whether there is more than one driving trajectory within the corridor boundaries, by determining whether there is more than one data point along a rear axle of the motor vehicle, each of which is assigned to a different driving trajectory. Based on a result of the determining, the driving corridor is validated and the first track width is used for the lateral guidance of the motor vehicle, or the driving corridor is falsified and a different, second track width is used for the lateral guidance of the motor vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20250054070
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for transaction auditing. One example method includes receiving receipt data associated with an entity. Policy questions associated with the entity are associated with at least one policy question answer that corresponds to a conformance or a violation of a policy selected by the entity. For each policy question, a machine learning policy model is identified for the policy question that includes, for each policy question answer, receipt data features that correspond to the policy question answer. The machine learning policy model is used to automatically determine a selected policy question answer to the policy question by comparing features of extracted tokens to respective receipt data features of the policy question answers that are included in the machine learning policy model. In response to determining that the selected policy question answer corresponds to a policy violation, an audit alert is generated.

  • Publication number: 20250033635
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for checking plausibility of at least one portion a driving trajectory for a vehicle. First, the portion of the driving trajectory is provided by way of a storage unit external to the vehicle based on swarm data. For a roadway of the vehicle, at least one segment of a roadway boundary is sensed by way of a sensing unit of the vehicle during the operation of the vehicle. The at least one portion the driving trajectory is compared with the at least one segment of the roadway boundary based on a first plausibility condition. The at least one first marking portion is compared with the at least one segment of the roadway boundary based on a second plausibility condition. The plausibility of the at least one portion is checked in accordance with the comparisons.

Abstract: The invention disclosure relates to a method for determining a target trajectory for a motor vehicle operated in at least semi-automated fashion on a single-lane road with potential oncoming traffic by way of an assistance system. The method includes capturing surroundings of the motor vehicle with the single-lane road and with a lateral boundary marker of the single-lane road by way of a capture device of the assistance system; receiving swarm data about a trajectory that can potentially be taken on the single-lane road; determining the target trajectory by moving the trajectory that can potentially be taken by way of an electronic computing device of the assistance system in such a way that a predefined minimum distance from the lateral boundary marker is kept by way of the target trajectory. The disclosure also relates to a computer-readable medium and to an assistance system.

  • Publication number: 20240391463
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a motor vehicle performing a lane change maneuver in an at least partially automated manner. A first safety distance of the motor vehicle in relation to a target object relevant to the lane change maneuver is ascertained based on transverse guidance data of a transverse guidance module of the motor vehicle. An activation state of a longitudinal guidance module of the motor vehicle is ascertained, which indicates that the longitudinal guidance module is activated. A control parameter is ascertained, which indicates that the longitudinal guidance module considers the target object for the longitudinal guidance maneuver. Only if the activation state and the control parameter are present, a second safety distance, which is different from the first safety distance, is ascertained. The lane change maneuver is performed by way of the transverse guidance module in compliance with the second safety distance to the target object.
