The system includes a display for presenting an individual as a single wagering opportunity the outcome of a wager in a pari-mutuel betting pool, the wager involving the picking of more than one horse within a single race, with the payout only upon an exact match of the picked horses. The system includes a wager placing unit adapted to place the wagers in an aggregator for aggregating pari-mutuel betting pool wagers from multiple players that would be less than the minimum acceptable wager amount as required by a the track for placement so as to provide players with the ability to place wagers in various denominations where previously they would not have been accepted.
