Abstract: Provided herein are compositions and methods for retargeting viral particles. e.g. adeno-associated virus (AAV) particles, to muscle cells using muscle-specific surface proteins. AAV adapted accordingly may be a viable gene therapy platform for the treatment of a skeletal muscle related disorder (e.g., X-linked myotubular myopathy (XLMTM). Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), myotonic dystrophy (DM1), Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy Type 1 (FSHD), congenital muscular dystrophy type 1A (MDC1A), Limb girdle muscular dystrophy, dystroglycanopathy, etc.) in a patient in need thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides Calcium Voltage-Gated Channel Auxiliary Subunit Gamma 1 (CACNG1) antigen-binding proteins and protein-drug conjugates including a CACNG1 antigen-binding protein conjugated to a molecular cargo (e.g., a polynucleotide molecule, a polypeptide molecule, a carrier, or a small molecule) for delivery of the molecular cargo to skeletal muscle tissue and/or cells. Methods for treating, preventing, or reducing the likelihood of various skeletal muscle diseases and/or disorders with such antigen-binding proteins or protein-drug conjugates are also provided.

In a hunting lodge, a stand-along room (50) has an opening (54) to the outside of the lodge and is sealed against entrance of odors from the remainder of the lodge and environmentally controllable with air only from outside the lodge. An ozone generator (52) is mounted to a wall (78) thereof for releasing ozone for descenting a hunter and the hunter's clothes and hunting gear (74).
