Abstract: An electrical contact including two side walls arranged opposite to one another; a rear wall arranged between the two side walls, wherein the two side walls form a contact cage together with the rear wall; a plug in gap formed by two contact lips arranged opposite to one another, wherein each contact lip of the two contact lips forms a respective contact surface, wherein the respective contact surfaces of the two contact lips are oriented towards each other, wherein each contact lip of the two contact lips arranged in the contact cage is oriented essentially parallel to the two side walls, wherein each contact lip of the two contact lips is formed by a respective side wall section bent into the contact cage, wherein each respective side wall section forms a free end oriented away from a respective bending portion of a respective side wall of the two side walls.

Abstract: A plug-type connector has a plug part fittable with a socket part parallel to a predetermined longitudinal axis, both of the parts having a body. One of the bodies is formed with a longitudinally projecting tongue formed at a spacing from the one body with a transversely projecting barb having an angled inner face turned toward the one body, forming an acute angle of 20° to 45° with a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and forming a wedge-shaped seat with a longitudinally extending side face of the tongue. The other of the bodies is formed extending inward from the other body with a longitudinally extending passage through which the barb can pass and is formed at an inner end of the passage with an angled inner face engageable with and generally parallel to the angled inner face of the barb on fitting of the bar through the passage.

Abstract: The invention relates to a plug connector (10) with a plug (11) which has a handle element (13), a contact support (14) and at least one snap-in lug (16) pointing in the insertion direction, said lug has a snap hook (18) pointing toward the outside of the plug, and with a bushing (12) which has a handle element (21), a contact support holder (20) and at least one snap-in tunnel (22) corresponding to the snap-in lug (16) on the plug side, which is part of the handle element (21) and ends in a snap-in groove (23) arranged around the outer perimeter of the handle element (21), wherein in the inserted state of plug (11) and bushing (12), the snap-in lug passes through the snap-in tunnel and the snap-in hook engages behind the snap-in tunnel which secures the connected state. The purpose of the invention is to create a plug connector suitable for future safety requirements but which can be combined with existing plug connector components.
