Based on a first bonus game trigger event, a first bonus game is initiated at the gaming device. A first plurality of bonus game awards corresponding to the first bonus game award counter value is awarded, wherein a first subset of the first plurality of bonus game prizes modifies a second subset of the first plurality of bonus game awards.
