    Abstract: A cover assembly for mounting onto a rescue vehicle includes a housing extending between a first end and a second end. The housing includes a first wall, a side wall, and a top wall defining an interior region. A hose reel extends within the interior region of the housing and is coupled with the first end of the housing and the second end of the housing. The hose reel is spring loaded within the housing. A cover is disposed about the hose reel, and the cover includes a bottom end having at least one fastening mechanism configured to engage with the rescue vehicle. The cover is actuated between a stored configuration and a deployed configuration.

    Abstract: A rolled sheet dispensing cabinet for storing and dispensing rolled sheets includes a housing having a top, a bottom, a front, a back, and opposing sides defining an internal space. Each of a plurality of rods is coupled to and extends between the opposing sides. Each of a plurality of slots is positioned in the front and extends from proximate to each opposing side. The slots are parallel to the top and the bottom. Each slot is positioned proximate to a respective rod. The rods are positioned in the internal space and are configured for insertion into tubular cores of rolled sheets. The slots are positioned in the front and are configured for insertion of leading edges of the rolled sheets. The leading edges protrude from the front of the housing and are configured for grasping by a hand of a user to extract a portion of the rolled sheet.

    Abstract: An association complex formed in a liquid environment from a metal-based chromium (VI) reducer and a non-lignosulfonate-based complexing agent is introduced into cement clinker or hydratable cement particles. In preferred embodiments, the formation of the association complex provides storage stability to the chromium reducer within the cement, such that the level of chromium (VI) after water is added to the cement remains less than 2 ppm for certain duration after mixing with water and without the necessity for further additions of chromium reducer during said duration (e.g., 26-84 or more days after addition).
