  • Publication number: 20240113974
Abstract: Mobile management method, system and client. Method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on client; retrieving reputation data associated with host name from a local cache on client; and determining a policy based on host name and the reputation data. Based on determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to host name to produce blocked attempted network flows. Method also includes sending attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on client; transmitting the attempted network flow metadata from the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel; and producing an anomaly report from the transmitted attempted network flow metadata. The anomaly report includes at least one of anomalies, cohorts, trends, location boundaries, detected network security issues, detected compromised clients and/or optimized network usage.

  • Patent number: 11939161
Abstract: An autonomous rover including a frame having a first end and a second end longitudinally spaced from the first end and forming a payload bay, the payload bay being sized to support a pickface, a common active registration surface configured to engage the pickface, and a drive section connected to the common active registration surface, the drive section being configured to variably position the common active registration surface relative to at least one storage shelf of an automated storage and retrieval system to effect placement of the pickface on the storage shelf so that pickfaces are substantially continuously arranged along the at least one storage shelf with a predetermined storage spacing between the pickfaces.

  • Publication number: 20240079611
Abstract: Presented are systems for manufacturing membrane electrode assemblies for fuel cells, control logic for operating such systems, methods for making such MEAs, and fuel cell systems employing such MEAs. A method of manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly (MEA) for a fuel cell system includes receiving a standalone membrane (SAM) with a semipermeable proton-exchange membrane having opposing first and second faces and a backing layer attached to the first face. A SAM may be characterized by a lack of cathode and anode electrodes upon receipt of the membrane. The second face of the SAM is placed across a vacuum plate; the vacuum plate applies a predefined vacuum pressure to the SAM. While vacuum pressure is being applied to the SAM by the vacuum plate, the backing layer is removed from the SAM. A subgasket is then attached to the first face of the SAM after the backing layer is removed.

  • Patent number: 7554542
Abstract: An animation system is made up of an audio analysis unit, having an audio output and a state change output, and a control unit having an input and an output, the input being constructed to receive a state change indication from the audio analysis unit, the control unit being further constructed to generate compositing command information for individual component elements of an animation frame and send the compositing command information out the output. A method of creating an animation from a set of actions involves receiving a set of signals reflecting the set of actions, outputting a set of compositing commands based upon the set of signals, the set of compositing commands being related to the set of signals by sequences of transition data items, and compositing first images into a first animation using the set of compositing commands and a first graphic database.
