  • Patent number: 9465098
Abstract: A method for mitigating low duty factor electronic attack (EA) includes taking M samples of each of N pulses of radar return energy. The method includes forming an M×N pulse sample data matrix (PSDM) using the M samples and N pulses of the radar return energy including in-phase and quadrature phase components of the radar return energy and jamming data from the low duty factor EA. The method includes defining a 2N×1 vector for each row of the PSDM. The method includes computing a 4N×1 vector separating the in-phase and quadrature phase measurements of the jamming data from the low duty factor EA into a respective half of the 4N×1 vector using the 2N×1 vector and a measurement matrix dictionary. The method includes extracting the jamming data from the 4N×1 vector and forming a clean M×N PSDM that is free of the jamming data using the 4N×1 vector.

  • Patent number: 7953714
Abstract: In one implementation, a method for sustaining database processing parallelism of one or more parallelized processes to build one or more index pages using pseudo record identifiers (PRIDs) is disclosed. The method comprises generating one or more PRIDs for one or more respective internal record formats (IRFs), inserting said generated PRIDs into a respective index key, generating a relational index of the PRID and a predetermined record identifier (RID) respectively determined in relation to said IRF, and building one or more index pages in relation to the relational index by comparing said RID and said PRID for their respective IRF in said relational index, and determining which one of said RID or said PRID to insert into said index page.

  • Patent number: 7418441
Abstract: A method, apparatus and article of manufacture is provided for loading data from a remote data source record by record, in a computer system network connecting a source site and a target site via a database connection communication line. The source site has at least one data source and a Distributed Relational Database Architecture (DRDA) software server having multi-database access to DBMSs. The target site requests data loading from the source site DRDA via a block of Structured Query Language (SQL) statements. Data are transported record by record via the database connection communication line according to the DRDA communication protocol, wherein the target site loads records concurrently with the unloading of records in the source site. The data loading may also be performed in a pipeline manner, loading data records in multiple partitions with a plurality of parallel streams, pointed to by a plurality of data source partition cursors.
