  • Publication number: 20230111980
Abstract: A system for capturing VIN numbers and vehicles images to track vehicle damage through vehicle supply chains which includes a mobile software application and/or robot(s) which moves autonomously around parking lots. The mobile application can direct the user to capture VIN images and/or vehicle images from certain views and collect GPS positions of the same and the robot includes various cameras and sensors to identify vehicles and take pictures of them. All of the captured images of vehicles are sent to a central server/storage where the vehicle images can be checked for damage as compared to locations so that it can be determined who was in possession of the vehicle when damage occurred.

  • Publication number: 20210008799
Abstract: A three dimensional printing system which creates a multiple color printed structure which may be e.g. an inflatable likeness. The printing is done with a stretchy material such as silicone and is printed in layers of different color in order to match the designed likeness colors. In preferred embodiments, the 3d printing is done inside a gel suspension with a specialized print head which dispenses silicone in layers of color to produce the final desired color of silicone in the particular locations as determined by the avatar or likeness design.

  • Patent number: 7635636
Abstract: An electro-mechanical device package includes a cap material permanently bonded to a device wafer encapsulating an electromechanical device. An intermediate material is used to bond the device and capping material together at a low temperature, and a structure including the intermediate material emanating from either the device or cap material, or both, provides an interlocking at the bonding interface. One package includes a reusable carrier wafer with a similar coefficient of thermal expansion as a mating material and a low cost cap wafer of different material than the device wafer. A method for temporarily bonding the cap material to the carrier wafer includes attaching the cap material to the carrier wafer and is then singulated to mitigate thermal expansion mismatch with the device wafer.

  • Patent number: 5580380
Abstract: A method for making a field emitter comprising the steps of providing a projection; electrically biasing the projection; and exposing the electrically biased projection to a hydrocarbon containing plasma to form a layer of diamond nuclei on the projection. The diamond nuclei are relatively inert and have a high nucleation density. The projection is preferably a material capable of forming a carbide, such as (111) oriented silicon. Refractory metals may also be used for the projection. The electrical biasing is preferably at a voltage in a range of about -150 to -250 volts. The hydrocarbon containing plasma preferably comprises a plasma including about 2 to 5% by weight of methane in hydrogen. An intervening carbide layer is preferably formed at a surface of the projection and underlying the layer of diamond nuclei. The field emitter produced by the method and having a relatively high diamond nucleation density is also disclosed.
