Application server is configured to: receive a log-in request for the mobile application service from the mobile device, where the log-in request includes device identifying information for the mobile device; transmit, to the third party server, a request for a status setting for the mobile application, wherein the request comprises the device identifying information for the mobile device, where the status setting comprises a plurality of bits, and where the third party server retrieves the status setting from a database based on the device identifying information for the mobile device; receive from the third party server, the status setting for the mobile application; and determine a risk rating for the log-in request based in part on the status setting for the mobile application.

Abstract: An improved fishing lure with hanging blade is provided. The lure with hanging blade comprises a body with front hook and rear hook. Between the front hook and the rear hook, a blade hangs from the floating body. The blade is shaped to impart fish-attracting motion to the floating stickbait with hanging blade. The blade attaches to the body by a blade support pin. The blade, pin, body, and hooks are sized and positioned (i) to create fish attracting sound, and (ii) to avoid interfering with hookup with a fish. The blade can be shaped asymmetrically to impart an erratic fish-attracting motion to the floating stickbait with hanging blade as it is retrieved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fishing lure having a wire shaft that passes thru the middle section of the lure body through an aperture. The aperture is preferably located between the center of the lure and the front edge of the lure. The shaft has a fishing line tie means at its top end, at least one free sliding bead above the lure body, at least one free sliding bead underneath the lure body, and hook attachment means on the bottom end of the shaft for replaceable attachment of one or more hooks.

Abstract: A fishing lure consists of a body portion having a line tying means on the body portion and means on the body portion for replaceable attachment of one or more hooks. In one embodiment a wire extends through the body portion of the lure and has a line tying section and a twist section. The line tying section is at one end portion of the wire. At least a portion of the line tying section, to which a fishing line is replaceably attached either directly or indirectly, protrudes from the lure. A twist section is at another end portion of the wire opposite to the one end portion with the line tying section. At least a portion of the twist section, to which a fish hook is replaceably attached, protrudes from the lure.

Abstract: A fishing jig includes a wire that is at least partially embedded in the jig. The wire has a line tying section and a twist section. The line tying section is at one end portion of the wire. At least a portion of the line tying section, to which a fishing line is replaceably tied, protrudes from the jig. A twist section is at another end portion of the wire opposite to the one end portion with the line tying section.
