  • Patent number: 10531881
Abstract: A target apparatus for aligning a surgical drilling instrument that includes a pointer mechanism for arranging at a location on a bone where a drilled hole that is to be formed is intended to emerge, a guide mechanism for guiding the surgical drilling instrument, and an adjustable connection mechanism with a first end, which is connected to the guide mechanism, and a second end, which is connected to the pointer mechanism. The adjustable connection mechanism comprises a first component, a second component and a locking mechanism. The second component is movable relative to the first component along a predetermined path. The first component is elastically deformable by the locking mechanism such that the second component can be locked relative to the first component by clamping.

  • Patent number: 9715955
Abstract: A cable bushing includes a metal tube, at least one cable for signal transmission received from a sensor which extends in an opposite direction inside the metal tube, which, in at least one axial end region sits with an immovable fit in a through-hole of a bearing block. The bearing block is arranged in a sealed manner in a passage of a housing wall or is connected in a sealed manner to the sensor.

  • Publication number: 20170082469
Abstract: A system includes a control system and a field device. The control system is configured to communicate data with the field device. The field device determines whether a deviation in a measurement accuracy of a first characteristic curve for a flow profile of a process fluid is detected while monitoring an inline condition of the process fluid. The field device determines whether the deviation is greater than an application tolerance. The field device also performs an inline recalculation for a new characteristic curve according to present flow condition detected in measurements of the flow profile when the deviation is greater than the application tolerance. The field device calculates a flow rate of the process fluid using the new characteristic curve.

  • Publication number: 20170082480
Abstract: A system includes a control system and a field device. The control system is configured to communicate data with the field device. The field device determines a baseline calibration and a characteristic curve for a process fluid flowing through the field device. The field device monitors an inline condition of the process fluid. The field device determine whether a deviation in a measurement accuracy for a fluid profile is detected according to inline evaluation criteria. The field device calculates a flow rate of the process fluid using a last valid characteristic curve.

  • Publication number: 20170074698
Abstract: A system includes a control system and a field device. The control system is configured to communicate data with the field device. The field device includes an ultrasonic meter configured to measure a flow profile of a fluid flow through a pipe using a plurality of ultrasonic transducers. Each of the ultrasonic transducers is configured to transmit an ultrasonic pulse that is reflected and received by each of the other ultrasonic transducers. The field device also includes a network interface configured to output the flow profile to the control system.

  • Patent number: 9404782
Abstract: An ultrasonic meter includes a group of piezoelectronic ceramic arrays, wherein each array comprises array stripes, such that a signal associated with each array can be split and a required phase shaft added to the signal to obtain simultaneously different data from the signal such as, for example, the transit time of a direct path and crosstalk. The smaller array can provide a higher aperture and improve the use of crosstalk.
