  • Publication number: 20200026726
Abstract: A system for interactive searching of an information is disclosed. The system includes a scanning module configured to enable a user to scan a view when in a location. The system includes a search module which is configured to activate a search for an information of an image of the scanned view of the predefined location, and detect a geo-marker in the scanned view of the predefined location. The system further includes a server which is configured to receive an access request of an information associated with the marker when the marker is detected by the search module, create a marker for the scanned view of the location when the marker is undetected by the search module, verify the authority of the user to access the information associated with the marker based on one or more parameters and provide the information associated with the marker to an authorized user.

  • Publication number: 20200026869
Abstract: A system for identification of attributes in a graphical object is disclosed. The system includes a scanning module configured to enable a user to scan an object to generate a graphical object. The system further includes an identification module configured to identify one or more attributes hidden in the graphical object. The one or more attributes includes a face or a quick response (QR) code. The identification module is also configured to search a database to find one or more attributes identical to one or more attributes visible in the graphical object. The system further includes a processing module configured to center the graphical object in the view of the user when a marker is identified or center the graphical object in the view of the user and send a query to a server when the one or more attributes are identified in the database.

  • Patent number: 10531545
Abstract: A wireless lighting control system includes a remote server system connected to a wide area network and having software for configuring, monitoring, and controlling lighting fixtures at an installation site. The site includes wireless devices in communication with a gateway via a local wireless network and at least some of the wireless devices are configured to control lighting fixtures, including a configurable user control device, such as a wall dimmer switch, having user interface elements configurable to activate specific lighting effects, such as power, dimming, and scene control. A user computer device is connected to the wide area network and has a graphical user interface enabling virtually mapping of user interface elements to lighting effects. Configuration can advantageously be done without physical access to either the user control device or to the lighting controllers, fixtures, or other devices at the installation site.

  • Patent number: 10398010
Abstract: Wireless lighting control systems and methods for controlling the illumination of one or more light fixtures are disclosed, including power loss detection of hardware. Embodiments include a zero-cross detection circuit including a timer, the timer reset by a zero-cross detection, and the zero-cross detection circuit detecting a loss of power of the AC supply upon the timer reaching a preset time without resetting. Embodiments further include a first voltage regulator having an input coupled to the AC supply and an output providing a first DC supply. Embodiments still further include a wireless transmitter having a power input, the wireless transmitter for communicating with at least one other component of the wireless device control system. The first capacitor provides energy storage sufficient to power the wireless transmitter for a duration long enough to transmit one message upon detecting the loss of power of the AC supply.

  • Publication number: 20190130460
Abstract: Header bidding systems and methods increase a number of advertisers that can place bids for an advertising impression while maintaining low latency in loading of the webpage. The systems and methods utilize a specialized control wrapper in the header to manage one or more additional wrappers so as to allow for simultaneous bid collection from multiple groups of advertisers, one group per wrapper, without experiencing the traditional increase in latency of page loading as the number of entities bidding on an impression increases. Each wrapper contains information relating to a separate subset of advertisers from which to receive bids for the advertising impression. The control wrapper, as part of the header of the webpage, controls synchronization and timing of the separate bid processes controlled by the various wrappers to ensure that latency issues are avoided while the number of bids received is increased and revenue maximized.

  • Publication number: 20190130441
Abstract: Header bidding systems and methods increase a number of advertisers that can place bids for an advertising impression while maintaining low latency in loading of the webpage, while still permitting control for reporting and review of inappropriate advertising content. Even though advertising content may be received from a plurality of disparate advertising sources, information identifying the source of each advertisement is maintained such that when an advertisement is reported as inappropriate, information regarding the advertisement and the source of the advertisement is gathered and delivered to a review system, such that when advertisements are in fact deemed inappropriate, the correct advertiser can be notified and future display of the inappropriate advertisement blocked.

  • Publication number: 20190130454
Abstract: Website publishers maximize revenue by refreshing advertisements displayed on webpages from time to time, while ensuring that only advertisements that are sufficiently visible to the consumer are refreshed. Advertisers are guaranteed that their advertisements are sufficiently visible, and are more willing to bid for placement of refreshed advertisements. A webpage is provided with an advertisement. Time that has passed since the webpage was provided is measured, but before the time that has passed since the webpage was provided has equaled or exceeded a time period at which to refresh the advertisement, it is detected that the advertisement is either not visible or is insufficiently visible on a browser providing the webpage. Accordingly, measurement of the time that has passed since the webpage was provided is suspended, such that the advertisement is not refreshed while the advertisement is either not visible or is insufficiently visible.

  • Patent number: 10158926
Abstract: Aspects relate to causing one or more signals to be detectable within a live event such that devices that record at least a portion of the event also record the one or more signals. The signals can be used for later processing and categorization of received recordings in order to associate the recordings with the event. Further actions can be performed based on the association. Such actions include digital rights management, crowd-sourced experiences, and categorization of the event for searching and retrieval purposes.

  • Publication number: 20180303862
Abstract: Proton mopping is a new anti-cancer therapeutic approach that disrupts cancer's immunologic balance. It results in the alteration of the pHi/pHe ratio (intracellular-extracellular) of the cancer cell, leading cancer to either normalcy or apoptosis. This technology deploys a chemical compound that has two parts, a glucose part to guide the molecule to the cancer site and a proton neutralizer to mop up the protons. Proof of the validity of this therapeutic approach came after using an existing chemical compound 2-[2(2-Aminoethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl a-D-mannopyranoside, C12H25NO8, which has the above mentioned properties. This compound is of the class of functionalized PEGylated glycosides, which are ligands for conjugation to biological molecules.
