  • Publication number: 20230212850
Abstract: An assembled frame for a structure in the building can be formed from multiple different types of building blocks for a frame. The assembled frame for the structure in the building is formed with the multiple different types of building blocks for the assembled frame in a manufacturing facility, and then shipped as the assembled frame to a construction site. The multiple different types of individual building blocks for the frame can at least include two or more of i) metal beams/strut framework, ii) metal angle frames, iii) metal cross connects, and iv) metal mating blocks.

  • Patent number: 11384550
Abstract: A pre-fabricated and pre-engineered integrated skeletal frame for a room is discussed. In an embodiment, the pre-fabricated and pre-engineered integrated skeletal frame is for an electrical room with its electrical equipment installed, wired up, and tested offsite in a factory. The pre-fabricated and pre-engineered integrated skeletal frame can have rigging components such as lifting eye hooks and temporary structural cross connect bracing for rigging. The prefabricated room can have electrical equipment mounted inside, wired up, and tested off site at the factory and then be shipped to the construction site.

  • Publication number: 20210274672
Abstract: An expandable electrical distribution skid can be manufactured as a monolithic, pre-wired, pre-engineered, and pre-assembled integrated platform to provide a critical power supply and distribute electrical power distribution, which can expand from a collapsed state to an expanded state, and vice versa. The expandable electrical distribution skid can be manufactured as a monolithic, pre-wired, pre-engineered, and pre-assembled integrated platform, where the frame is broken up into multiple segments. The different segments of framework for the expandable electrical distribution skid are coupled to connect to a common expansion track in order to move one or more of the segments at least one of i) inward to collapse and ii) outward to expand.

  • Publication number: 20200021090
Abstract: A modular skid assembly is disclosed. The modular skid assembly includes a skeletal framework configured to house electrical equipment components and support power cables routed between the electrical equipment components, wherein the skeletal framework is configured to house electrical components in two parallel rows with an aisle between the two parallel rows, the skeletal framework including an upper superstructure, a lower superstructure, and one or more vertical columns connected between the upper superstructure and the lower superstructure. The upper superstructure includes a first horizontal support and a second horizontal support. The upper superstructure includes a lower cable tray having a plurality of tray supports fixed to at least one of the first horizontal support and the second horizontal support and extending over the aisle from the first horizontal support towards the second horizontal support.
