    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for verifying the integrity and authenticity of a printed circuit board, including associated components and packaging. The method is based on analyzing the power integrity of the power distribution network of the printed circuit board by measuring the S-parameter for the printed circuit board. Any tampering or counterfeiting can be determined by comparison of the S-parameter data or signature to a known authentic signature.
