    Abstract: Catalysts and methods for dinitrogen conversion to secondary silyamines or ammonia (N2RR) are provided. The catalysts are a metalacyclic platform characterized by a pocket with tunable dimensions and conditions. The catalysts show dramatically improved N2RR activity compared to previously reported early d-block catalysts. The tetraphenolate-supported bimetallic lanthanide or group IV metal complex undergoes multiple two-electron reductions, the last of which leads to the reductive activation of dinitrogen. The inclusion of a weak acid and silyl electrophiles during the reduction enables the catalytic conversion of N2 to purely secondary amines.

    Abstract: A Cyclone Network Synchronization algorithm is presented that does not depend on highly stable and expensive clocks or hardware, yet it can synchronize nodes in a network with a very high degree of accuracy. It is very light-weight since no clock synchronization is performed, and subsequently does not incur any overhead in message passing. Instead, synchronization is done solely by listening to the regular network traffic. Finally, the amount of padding or time overhead incurred by the CNS algorithm is extremely small, even when used with system clocks that have high drift rates (e.g. 1000 PPM or more).

    Abstract: An RJ-45 standard modular plug receptacle is defined by walls including a wall defining a plurality of contact wire positions including a pair of outermost contact wire positions. A pair of stops project into the receptacle from a surface of the wall, the stops being in longitudinal alignment with the outermost contact wire positions. An RJ-45 plug is thereby fully insertable in the receptacle with the stops entering the outermost contact pin grooves on the plug during insertion. However, full insertion of an RJ-11 plug is prevented by said stops which engage front faces on the RJ-11 plug flanking the contact pin array of the RJ-11 plug.
