    Abstract: Game systems according to various embodiments are adapted to allow users to assemble an instrument performance for a particular song by: (1) displaying a music loop pallet that includes a plurality of different music loops that each contain music played by a particular musical instrument (e.g., guitar, bass, drums, piano, etc.); and (2) allowing a user to assemble the instrument performance by indicating (a) which of the plurality of music loops will be included in the instrument performance, and (b) in which order the music loops will be played during the instrument performance. In certain embodiments, the system is configured to allow a user to create songs that comprise a plurality of instruments and genres of music into one complete song.
