A piston is slidably disposed within the reservoir and is movable to increase or decrease a volume of the interior reservoir near the first end of the barrel. A first end of the piston has a hemispherically-shaped surface profile, with an elongated apex extending therefrom, to dispense liquid from the first end of the barrel when the piston is moved in a direction toward the first end.

Abstract: A side by side cartridge assembly for dispensing first and second fluid materials includes a first cartridge container and a second cartridge container. The cartridge containers include respective bodies and nozzle members coupled with the bodies. The cartridge containers are positionable with respect to one another such that the two nozzle members cooperate to form a cartridge outlet for dispensing first and second fluid materials from the respective bodies. The cartridge outlet includes dispensing openings communicating with respective nozzle channels, and a sealing surface configured for sealing engagement with a mixing element when a mixing element is attached to the cartridge outlet.

The system can create actions and protocols for care providers using a disease-specific database of recommended interventions. Further, the system can address gaps in care and stratify patient populations to project costs of healthcare services to a healthcare institution.

The single handed manipulation of a hand grip, concurrently disposes a plurality of two grip segments into either an open or a closed orientation, thereby forcing the hair retaining and measuring portion between the collecting and hair retaining and measuring positions. A “single use” cartridge for carrying out the collection, retention and measurement of hair and also hair breakage is presented. The “single use” cartridge includes suitable structure for mounting and operable attachment to the hair measuring assembly by a person, without regard to whether he or she is left-handed or right-handed.
