  • Publication number: 20230085824
Abstract: An apparatus, a method, and a non-transitory computer readable medium provide for intelligently managing distribution of certificates of transportations (COTs). In embodiments, an application server is configured to execute an algorithmic distribution application configured to manage distribution of available COTs based on a plurality of bid requests received from bidders. The algorithmic distribution application may not merely determine a winner of an online auction by determining a bidder that placed the largest bid, but may include functionality to intelligently determine whether all available COTs have been requested or not, and to adjust the allocation of the available COTs to the requesting bidders according to the availability of the COTs, as well as to dynamically determine a price of the allocated COTs, which may not always be a maximum bid of the winning but may be adjusted based on the allocation of the available COTs to the requested bids.

  • Publication number: 20220292594
Abstract: An apparatus, a method, and a non-transitory computer readable medium provide for managing COTs. The method includes initiating, by an admin terminal of the plurality of user terminals, a COT auction for a COT received from an admin terminal; placing, by a first customer terminal of the plurality of user terminals, a first bid in the COT auction; placing, by a second customer terminal of the plurality of user terminals, a second bid in the COT auction; determining, by the COT processing system, a winner of the COT auction between the first bid and the second bid using the winner determination logic; and issuing, by the COT processing system, the COT according to the determined winner.

  • Patent number: 5849744
Abstract: Pyrrolyltetrahydrobenzoquinoxalinediones of the formula I ##STR1## and their tautomeric and isomeric forms, and their physiologically tolerated salts, in which the variables have the meanings stated in the description, and the preparation thereof are described. The novel compounds are antagonists of the glutamate receptor subtypes and are thus suitable for controlling various diseases.

  • Patent number: 5721818
Abstract: A system and method for enabling a file server to service a plurality of physical networks, wherein each of the networks has a network protocol of the same type. The system and method comprises a single instance of a filing protocol, and an object-oriented class for implementing a session protocol. The system and method further comprises means for invoking a plurality of session protocol instances, where each one of the plurality of session protocol instances corresponds to one of the plurality of physical networks. Each one of the plurality of session protocol instances services the corresponding physical network and communicates with the single instance of the filing protocol, which enables the single instance of the filing protocol to service the plurality of physical networks.
