    Abstract: An organizational aid suitable for use with a personal electronic device having a plurality of discrete pockets, at least one flexible security tab to secure the organizational aid in position on an outwardly facing surface of the device, at least two spaced-apart, non-slip surface portions attached to a back surface of the organizational aid, and at least one magnet or magnetic strip disposed adjacent to the non-slip surface to releasably hold the organizational aid in a desired juxtaposition to an outwardly facing surface of the electronic device. If desired, at least one magnet can be attached to or embedded inside each of the non-slip surface portions, and the magnets and non-slip surfaces will cooperate with the security tab or tabs to hold the organizational aid in place during transport of the electronic device.
