  • Publication number: 20230204484
Abstract: This invention relates in general to the field of cell-therapy treatments and more particularly, but not by way of limitation, to systems and methods for validating personalized cell-therapy treatments. In various embodiments, the system may calculate an aspiration volume needed for centrifugation to achieve a concentrated target threshold dose for a particular cell therapy using various factors such as, for example, information about a patient and the efficiency of the concentration process. In various embodiments, the system may also provide an indication to a physician of relevant published cell therapies to assist the physician in administering a treatment protocol.

  • Patent number: 11215529
Abstract: A method for aligning cycles of an engine conditioning monitoring system includes: receiving data corresponding to a TDC angle of an engine from a crank angle sensor; receiving data from one or more accelerometers for each cylinder of the engine, the received data including vibration amplitude data; analyzing vibration amplitude data from the one or more accelerometers in relation to data corresponding to the TDC angle of the engine; characterizing vibration data using segmental band analysis, wherein segmental bands of the segmental band analysis correspond to valve closure angles of the engine; identify cylinders for which analyzed vibration amplitude data in relation to the TDC angle of the engine are out of phase; and align vibration amplitude data by shifting analyzed vibration amplitude data relative to the TDC angle of the engine such that vibration amplitude data is aligned with the TDC angle of the engine.

  • Patent number: 8983415
Abstract: A system is disclosed for monitoring of individual frequency channels in an RF signal band by configuration of the electronic processor to operate the tunable filter to select desired channel sub bands. Measurement of forward and/or reverse-propagating fields within the selected sub-bands may be performed and corresponding power levels recorded. The records may be used to provide monitoring signals, such as measures of forward and reflected power, as well as VSWR, return loss. Indications or alarms may be activated if any of these quantities, associated with any one or more channels, falls outside a predetermined acceptable operating range.

  • Patent number: 5957321
Abstract: A portable fly tying storage box and work station generally including an enclosure having a tying surface pivotably attached to the enclosure, with the tying surface defining an access to the enclosure and the tying surface being positionable in a closed position, an open position and a horizontal position. Multiple tying station setups are possible by placing the enclosure upright or on its rear side and opening the tying surface to the desired position then fixing the tying surface in place. The fly tying kit container and tying station further includes both fixed and adjustable dividers within the enclosure. The dividers are dimensioned and positioned with respect to the closed position of the tying surface to form a tray receiving volume between the dividers and the closed position of the tying surface. The fly tying kit container and tying station also includes a tray being closely received within the enclosure and supported therein by the enclosures dividers.
