Abstract: The present disclosure includes a method for formatting messages that comprises receiving a plurality of messages that have been translated from a plurality of platform-specific message formats into a generic message format, indexing the pluralities of messages using at least one of a plurality of index fields, and threading the pluralities of messages into at least one of a plurality of threads using at least one of a plurality of threading fields.

Abstract: A chat space system is provided. The chat space system comprises at least one computer system and a chat space application that when executed on at least one computer system receives a plurality of audio recordings, at least some of the audio recordings formatted to initiate one of a plurality of chat themes and the other audio recordings associated with one of the chat themes, converts a chat theme audio title contained in each of the audio recordings formatted to initiate one of the chat themes to a chat theme text title and stores the audio recordings according to chat themes. In response to receiving a request from a first device for a list of chat themes, retrieves the chat theme text titles from storage and transmits the chat theme text titles to the first device.

Abstract: A method of forecasting work hours per unit of time is provided. The method comprises estimating a project hour budget, determining a percentage of the project hour budget to be expended in each of a plurality of project phases based on average percentages of project hour budgets expended in each project phase in completed projects, and distributing the project hour budget across a plurality of units of time based on the percentage of the project hour budget to be expended in each project phase, on the project hour budget, and on a schedule of project milestones.

Abstract: As provided, a method of integration of hardware, software and vendor labor in software development pipeline management that comprises providing, for each of multiple projects in a software project pipeline, a set of inputs that includes 1) timing, 2) demand inputs, 3) supply inputs. The method further comprises aggregating the inputs. The method further comprises identifying one or more constraints in the software development pipeline when the demand inputs and the supply inputs are not in balance with the input timing.

Abstract: A method for consolidating platform-specific messages is disclosed. The method comprises translating a first message in one of a plurality of platform-specific message formats into a second message in a generic message format and translating a third message in the generic message format to a fourth message in one of the plurality of platform-specific message formats. The method also comprises associating a plurality of messages that have been translated from the platform-specific message formats into the generic message format into at least one thread based on at least one of a plurality of threading fields for presentation. The method also comprises inserting at least one of the first, second, third, and fourth messages into a message database and managing the message database.

Abstract: As provided, a method for real time optioning includes providing, for each of multiple projects in a software development pipeline, a set of inputs, the inputs comprising at least one input from a group consisting of 1) work-in-progress inputs relating to a current project in a software development pipeline and 2) placeholder inputs relating to a future project in the software development pipeline. The method also includes aggregating the inputs resulting in one or more constraints. The method further includes implementing a test change that has an impact on one or more constraints in the software development pipeline, and outputting, in real-time, the impact of the test change on the one or more constraints in the software development pipeline. The impact is at least one of positive and negative.

Abstract: A method of scheduling project milestones is provided. The method includes estimating a minimum duration of the project based on an estimated level-of-effort of the project. The method includes selecting a release cycle in which to deliver the project based on the minimum duration of the project, and further based on a release cycle milestone and on a duration of a project planning phase. The method provides for determining a project start date based on the duration of the project planning phase. The method also including scheduling each of a plurality of project milestones based on the release cycle milestone, the project start date, and a schedule of project phases as a percentage of total project duration. The schedule of project phases as a percentage of total project duration is derived from averages calculated from data collected from completed projects.

A communication with the provider includes a header having user characteristics. The provider is configured to determine a content to provide to the mobile device based on the user characteristics in the header.

Abstract: A display package convertible to a mobile device holder is provided. The display package includes a display package first part, a display package second part, a retaining member, and a connecting member. The display package first part and the display package second part are connected to each other and foldable onto each other between a flipped-open state and a flipped-closed state. The retaining member releasably retains a mobile device, wherein the retaining member is shaped to engage the mobile device so as to restrain the mobile device in at least one of up, down, right, left and forward directions when the display package is in at least one of the flipped-open state and the flipped-closed state. The connecting member connects the display package to a vehicle interior.

Abstract: A system and associated methods provide an audio experience such that a user spatially perceives one or more audio events. One particular method set forth involves obtaining audio events and presenting the audio events so that an audio experience is provided. According to one embodiment of the method, upon obtaining audio events, the audio events are associated with one or more corresponding audio components. Thereafter, the audio experience is determined based on the audio events and associated audio components. The audio experience is then presented such that the user may spatially perceive the audio events.

Abstract: A system and associated methods are disclosed for facilitating mobile communications. In one embodiment, the system increases the utility of mobile communications devices by integrating communications electronics into wearable items, so that communications sessions are more easily conducted in a variety of circumstances. Further, in additional embodiments, the methods enable movement performance for an individual to be monitored and reported by an associated mobile communications device, and for preselected messages to be transmitted to inquiring devices depending on sensed movement activity.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a variance tracking report that provides a new and useful view of an enterprise's financial status. The variance tracking report may indicate variances from a planned work schedule and be used to explain any variances between projected and actual earnings as well as variances in project milestone dates. Further, the variance tracking report may show how current and past changes to the enterprise will impact future projections so the enterprise can give a clear indication of how any variances are being corrected. The plurality of views of the variance tracking report may also be analyzed in order to determine where variances are occurring on an enterprise level, a business unit level, an organization level, and a project level. Targeted action may then be taken on specific projects or enterprise methodologies in order to reduce and/or eliminate the variances.
