  • Patent number: 10457492
Abstract: An interlocking system of tubular members is provided for support of conveyors and mezzanines, each tubular member having cutouts and slots for assembly with other of the tubular members to form elbow joints, tee joints and cross joints, and stiffener brackets to reinforce the interlocking joints to form a strong support structure without the need for welding. A mezzanine conveyor assembly is also provided that includes a support structure constructed of non-welded interlocking tubular members reinforced with stiffener brackets, with a mezzanine/platform and at least one conveyor supported on the support structure.

  • Patent number: 9915512
Abstract: Technologies for analyzing and deactivating an explosive device include electrically connecting an analysis device to a pair of trigger wires of the explosive device, performing a number of electrical measurements, and determining a deactivation action to be performed on the explosive device based on the electrical measurements (e.g., based on the calculated resistance between the trigger wires). In a disclosed embodiment, a primary lead of the analysis device is electrically coupled to a first trigger wire of the explosive device and a pair of secondary leads are each electrically coupled to a second trigger wire of the explosive device. The analysis device measures a voltage between the primary lead and at least one of the secondary leads. The analysis device also measures a current flowing through the secondary leads after a link of trigger wire extending between the leads has been cut or broken.

  • Patent number: 9714605
Abstract: A rotary machine is provided which includes a chamber. The chamber includes an island having an island outer surface. The outer surface is an elongated convex shape. The island includes a crankshaft port. The chamber includes a front-plate attached to a front surface of the island. A concave shaped contour is included, which is biased toward the island outer surface and which rotates with respect to the island. A working volume is defined between an inner surface of the contour and the outer island surface. At least one front-plate engaging bearing is provided, which extends from a front surface of the movable contour and over a guide edge of the front-plate. The front-plate engaging bearing engages the guide edge during a combustion cycle.

  • Patent number: 8607762
Abstract: An inverse displacement asymmetric rotary engine is provided which includes a chamber. The chamber includes a stationary island having an island outer surface. The outer surface is an elongated convex shape. The island includes a crankshaft port spaced from a center of the island. The chamber includes a front-plate attached to a front surface of the island. A concave shaped movable contour is include, which is biased toward the island outer surface and which revolves about the island. A working volume is defined between an inner surface of the contour and the outer island surface. At least one front-plate engaging bearing is provided, which extends from a front surface of the movable contour and over a guide edge of the front-plate. The front-plate engaging bearing engages the guide edge during a combustion cycle.
